One of my favorite parts about my job is talking to my customers about what they do, and why they are ordering. Last week, I spoke to Jayson who is an export service representative at Rosenbauer America. But what does Rosenbauer America do? They make fire trucks! They also made the truck that is Sentinel Prime in the Transformers movie! When I was told that, I was blown away, and needed to ask for some swag. Jayson was kind enough to send me a huge package of their custom imprint promotional products that they have ordered. Below is an image of what I was sent: A custom imprinted lapel sticker, customer imprinted patch and lapel pin, promotional golf tees, personalized calendar, a screen printed T-Shirt, and an engraved bottle opener (reason they called to re-order). I am so excited to have received all of these amazing giveaways!

Last night Bill, Abby and I celebrated the Giants winning the Super Bowl!!! This is Bill and my 2nd Giants super bowl win together as a couple, and it was even better with Abby sleeping next to us on the couch! Today, while I am very happy and sporting my Jacobs jersey, I am utterly exhausted. I went to bed at a reasonable time, (all things considered) but miss Abigail decied to wake up at 4:45am. And she wasn't happy. And she wasn't going back down. Long story short, today I am getting through the day off of my Super Bowl buzz and coffee...lots of coffee. First coffee started at 5:15am with my promotional mug at home. Second coffee started in the car with my custom imprinted stainless steel tumbler. And all future coffee will be consumed from my Motivators.com custom imprinted mug (I would prefer an IV). Regardless, it was an exciting night, and if I am going to wake up at 5am what better reason than Abby?!

As a kid, I loved getting crayons, art sets, and different colored custom pens. It was always exciting to write in a color other than blue or black ink. Writing in red, purple, or green ink always just looked better...more exciting. One of Motivators staff favorites is the custom imprinted Uni Ball Jet Stream pen that happens to come in blue, black and red ink. Who doesn't love red ink? Red ink feels official and/or pretty, depending on the context. For Sophie, one of our favorite followers, it is used for both. She uses the red ink Jet Stream to write in her diary (both official and fun). Sophie, we hope you get your Monkey (long story) or your bowling party! Keep using the Jet Stream, and if you need anything else, just give us a call!

I love my NY Giants. And yesterdays win was purely amazing. And while I am extremely excited about the Super Bowl, I also have to start planning the fesivities! To me, one of the best things about football is the food that goes along with it. Yesterday Bill and I made a delicious baby back rib recipe in the crock pot. But in 2 weeks from now I need to step up my game! Of course Bill will make his famous Buffalo Chicken Dip, which always leaves me asking the question..."what should I make?" Well this year, the answer is simple...custom food products! I will order delicious treats from Motivators and get them custom imprinted for the party. Everyone loves food, especially when it is custom imprinted food for a specific occasion! So get ready for the GMEN vs Pats, and move over Buffalo Chicken Dip, my custom food products will be the real main event!

This weekend, Bill and had actual adult/Mom and Dad plans! We were going into the big ol' city to hang out with our friends, play boardgames, and drink some wine.  In preparation for our big night out, we purchase a swanky promotional corporate wine gift set to bring with us to the party. We had ready our promotional wine lovers gift set, so what we could walk from point A to point B with our beverages, and our promotional wine companion gift set, in which to open said beverages.  We packed everything in our promotional bag and were excited to go out!  Unfortunately, Bill and I decided to get sick instead and did not leave our cozy house. Being that we could hardly breathe, and it was about 25* outside, we thought it best to rest up and relax. So instead of going out on the town, we stayed in, replaced our promotional  ipad case and drank juice.

Yesterday was a good day in the O'Shea house (and for all Giant fans)! The G-Men did some serious damage to the Falcons in the first playoff round, and will advance to Greenbay next week in hopes of beating another "Ryan." While the game was considered a blow out, and there really isn't much to complain about as a whole, there was a call or two that Bill and I did not agree with. While I just say "booo bad call...are you blind?!" Bill tends to perhaps slam the remote down on the couch while yelling at the Refs who cannot hear us. My solution is to purchase a custom sport stress ball for Bill to squeeze or throw. This way our remote stays intact and Bill and I can still get out our frustrations. I think that the custom football stress reliever is the perfect item to get us through the rest of the season!

My lovely niece just turned 4. She is a darling,very energetic, and sometimes hard to keep up with little girl. She tends to have a lack of focus or the abilty to sit still for more than a half an hour, which can be trying. Yesterday when I saw her to make cookies, she was bouncing off the walls from all of the sugar (rightly so). Towards the end of the night when we needed her to relax, I broke out promotional coloring books that Motivators gave me. I have never seen my niece so calm and amused for that long of a time! She loves the promotional coloring books, especially the promotional Santa Visited Me coloring book that was perfect for the Holidays!

With the holiday shopping rush in full affect, I am here to remind everyone about our favorite furry friends. Pets are an important part of the family too, and they enjoy finding presents under the tree just as much as humans do. Every year I make sure to buy promotional pet products for my dog, my uncles cat, and my brothers 2 dogs. The dogs love the promotional dog safe flyer, and the cat appreciates the promotional recycled pet litter scoop. Promotional pet products are a great promotional gift to give to anyone that has a loving pet.

We close on our house Wednesday! I cannot put into words how excited we are to finally have our house. It took us 2 months and about 30 houses, but we found exactly what we were looking for! It is on a quiet dead end street, great school district, and plenty of space for our family. While the house and location are perfect, of course some things need some TLC (no one has been living in the house). Some things need to be updated, tightened, and brightened. Thankfully we have our promotional tools to help us get the house in shape. I cannot wait to use my promotional tools to hang pictures and put furniture together! Hopefully it goes smoothly and we will have everyone from Motivators over for a Holiday Party!

I am sick. It started Saturday...chills, fever, headache, throat and ears...just how I wanted to spend my weekend. I decided to take some advil, and drink lots of water to stay hydrated (my Dads favorite remedy). Instead of going up and down to keep getting water, I filled up my large promotional water bottle and kept it next to me. It was so nice having my 32oz promotional water bottle by my side while I was sweating and shaking off my fever. Drinking water definately helped me get through my hours of need. I would highly recommend a promotional water bottle  next to anyone who might catch what I had!
