Although I usually try to beat the heat during these hot dog days of summer, sometimes I find myself indoors shivering in the AC. Especially so when I'm here at the office or when I'm seeing the latest movie at the theater. When I find myself in this position I always have a Custom Embroidered Fleece for myself nearby. Nikko is my Miniature Schnauzer and he is a little over 5 Months old now. This past weekend we decided to go hiking together at Bear Mountain in NY. It was pouring buckets on Sunday when we arrived so we waited for the rain to stop, but it didn't... Being an hour and a half away from home we decided to not to waste the day and we proceeded out of the car into the wilderness mid storm. It was a lot of fun to see him scurry about the rocks up the hills on the promotional dog leash I acquired for him at Motivators.     

After we reached the top of the hill we decided that it was time to seek refuge from the rain under a large rock. I brought my Promotional Bag filled with goodies. The rain stopped and the sun peaked through the clouds as we were both sitting there looking down at the lake below. We decided to head down for a swim while the sun was bright. I left my bag by the beach and carried Nikko to the water where it was just above his head. Nikko didn't like swimming much but it was his first time trying. He preferred drinking the water to swimming in it. So we went back to the beach to have a drink of clean water. After a log day we headed home and went to bed for a much needed rest. After all much was to be done at work to make the people as happy as I was this weekend with Nikko.
