Summer Must Have

Since I received my Promotional Econo Double Wall Tumbler, we have been inseparable. It is definitely one of my staple products for this summer.  Also its double wall design prevents it from sweating in the summer's heat. It comes in great fun colors that will brighten up your summer days and nights!  I really love this products, I have one at work and home.  It really helps me drink more water, which is necessary during the summer months! I've had to order more from my family and friends because they were always trying to steal mine! This great promotional product has my vote as one of this summer's must haves!

All Settled In

I have a new addition to announce.  I have adopted another dog.  Her name is Lola Beans, and she is a gorgeous blonde King Charles_Cocker Spaniel mix.  A friend was giving her up and I jumped at the opportunity to get a friend for Bailey Cocoa!  Together the make the tag team Cocoa-Beans!  They really are a perfect mix, Lola is older about 4 and Bailey is only 6 months.  Lola calms Bailey down and Bailey brings puppy life to Lola!  I am so happy that they have each other while I am at work!

Poor Bailey Cocoa

Another weekend has gone by way too fast!  On Friday I took my puppy to the vet to be "fixed."  So most of the weekend was spent nursing and babying her!  The weather was gorgeous out, and I was able to enjoy some nice sun on Saturday with her.  Bailey and I lounged in my backyard and took in some much needed vitamin D.

I didn't want to leave her so I was unable to go food shopping.  Luckily on Friday I had brought home some custom food products home from work. We had gotten a bunch of samples in the day before.  Here is the little darling Bailey Cocoa tanning.  I think she is growing to like the cone, she realized that it props up her bone!

Shake It

I finally got to use my new Promotional 3 Peice Salad Shaker Set today for lunch.  Last week I got this bad boy in but had zero food in my fridge. I finally went food shopping over the weekend and bought some fresh vegetables so I could shake it up! I saw this item at one of our Friday morning product meetings and new I had to have it.  I always loved me some salad, and now that I stopped eating meat I love it even more! In college at the cafeteria I would take 2 bowls and put them face to face just to shake my salad properly.  A little dangerous but it got the job done. Not this 3 piece set makes it so easy to enjoy a salad on the go.  It provides it's out dressing holder as well as a to-go fork!

Racing Weekend

It feels like it has been years since I went to a motocross race.  Finally, this past weekend I was able to make it to a local race in Pennsylvania at the Sleepy Hollow MX Park.  I met up with my Canadian friend Matt, who I have not seen in years as well!  He is a professional rider and runs the New England ATV and Canadian Quad series. He was down in the states using this weekend as training before the upcoming races. Here he is doing a whip over the bonzi jump. The track was in mint condition for riding!

I brought my puppy Bailey Cocoa along as well.  I do not think she enjoyed the roar of the quad engines as much as I did.  She preferred to stay in the RV and sleep! I was able to take her on a few long walks around the property though.  Luckily I brought my Promotional Poppy Pet Bag Dispenser to clean up after her. It is the best, you just clip it to the leash and go! Overall it was an amazing weekend and I can't wait to go to more races!

Cruzin' Time

April 15, 2013 08:58 by Sam

For years now my dad and I have talked about getting motorcycles so we can cruise the back roads of Pennsylvania. For the past month he began getting serious about it and talked to several people on Long Island. Finally he made the big leap this past weekend.

On Saturday I tagged along and checked out one of my favorite bikes, the Honda Shadow. On Sunday we had the beautiful candy red bike delivered to our house. I was in charge of the paperwork and whipped my out my favorite promotional pen, the promotional eco-friendly gel pen to make it official!

My pops loaded it on the trailer and headed back off into the distance to enjoy his new toy!

Spring is Here

Spring is finally here.  We had our doubts but it is here and for me that means two things: Cleaning and Gardening.  I've had my variety of seeds germinating for several weeks and the ground is finally ready for planting.  Even my Promotional Seeds and Plants are sprouting! This weekend I plan to tackle that and then on to the next project; my fight against wallpaper.  I hope this wallpaper removal goes as smoothly as my garden did!

Promo Products are Everywhere!

April 1, 2013 05:43 by Sam

Over the weekend I spent the holiday with my family in Pennsylvania. Everywhere I go it seems promotional products follow me.

On Saturday afternoon, my sister and I decide to go for a walk after dinner. It was slowly getting dark out so she put on a bright shirt and gave me her construction safety vest. Across the back of it was her company's name.  She said her company orders a bunch of construction products, and this vest was one of them!

Small world; we sell these too!

Weekends Fly By...

March 25, 2013 09:50 by Sam

Are you like me? Do you wake up at 6:00 a.m. on Monday morning and wonder where did your weekend went?

This past weekend flew by and I am feeling the effects of all that I accomplished. I was determined to do some major, much needed home improvements. It first started with moving Bailey Cocoa into her own back room. I transformed my back mud room into her own puppy palace, complete with doggy door, puppy chair and dog decor. She is very happy with her new freedom and space.

Next I tackled the basement. I thought I'd be satisfied with just a nice mopping but I couldn't stop myself. I ripped up the carpet in the back bed room that had to be at least 25 years old. I then painted the walls and radiators which brightened up the place. I finished with the stairway that led upstairs from the basement. The wall paper that lined these walls should be illegal to own. It was mustard and brown paisley designed wall paper. It made you feel as if you were walking into the sixties. Luckily It came down in a few swift rips. And with a layer of paint it looks amazing!

Finally on Sunday I decided to treat Bailey Cocoa and myself to her first trip the dog park.  There is one right by my house that I have been eager to try out. I took Bailey there, nervous to see how she would react around so many dogs. It was amazing; she had a blast and ran the whole time we were there. It was a great way to end my busy weekend.

Outside the Box

Don't you love when that little light bulb above your head finally goes off?

For weeks now I have been filling Bailey Cocoa's toy kong with a peanut butter tube. It is the only thing that calms her down when I leave in the morning. Pushing peanut butter through a tube was not as easy as I thought. I fought with it many mornings to fill up her toy.

Then finally it dawned on me, why don't I just use my promotional EZ squeeze toothpaste dispenser? It works on my tooth paste fabulously so with a few snips it fit on the peanut butter tube as well! This made my life and morning routines run a lot smoother!
