A few months ago I added kickboxing into my workout regimine. It is a great workout with a lot of friendly people, that make it seem almost as if you're not working out. The saturation of my clothes after might say different however!! For the upcoming holidays they decided to hand out promotional gifts in the form of boxing glove keychains. Not only did they give out one per kickboxer, but knowing how much people appreciate promotional products, they also gave out another one with a coupon attached to attract new members. I though this was a great idea for them to get their name out there and to give people another option to keep them in shape!
