My wife and I recently sold our first house. We had created alot of memories in this house. We bought our first adult purchases; dishwasher, washer, dryer and garbage pails. YEA!! We also had some fum times; our first christmas that we were able to host our friends and family, parties on the deck in the summer time ahhhhh. We had to go by the lawyers office to sign some paperwork, he was a younger guy around our age, and I was amazed that he was signing the contract and other legal paperwork with a fountain pen. pretty classy. I only saw them in the movies or in museums, I didn't know people actually used them on a daily basis. We got to talking about it and it was acutally a gift given to him by his parents on his graduation day. It was a branded family heirloom that was once his great grandfathers and it had the family crest and initials on it.
