This week we are celebrating "spirit week" at Motivators. It's a fun team building spirit lifting week! Monday started with pajama day, that was fun and we had lots of participation. It's pretty comfortable to be in your pajamas all day. Tuesday was tie dye day. It was quite psychedelic and groovy! Wednesday was sports day and we had lots of participation! So today it's multiplicity day. We found out this morning that some of us had different ideas about that theme. Many of the women in sales dressed as our lovely boss Rachel. She always dresses smart and professional and often wears her long hair pulled back. So we all wore our hair in a tight bun or pony tail and a short blazer. Rachel had no idea we were doing this and her reaction was very good natured! She thought it was hilarious!! It's so great to work at a place that appreciates its employees and the importance of making the workplace cohesive and fun through this team building excersise.
