Support Our Troops

Could you imagine dropping everything in your life to fight for what you believe in?  Leaving your family, your job and all your friends to protect millions of people you don't even know.  All this, so we can be free and live the way we have become accustomed to, in the greatest country in world.  Who would want to do such a thing?  1.5 million Americans would.  That's how many active United States military soldiers are currently on duty.  1.5 million people who are willing to risk their lives to protect you and your family.  I feel it is truly amazing. 

Now for us Americans who aren't in the military, there are many things we can do to support our troops.  For example, the other day I was shopping for some kitchen items, and at the register was a donation box with promotional military products for soldiers children who were going back to school.  I didn't hesitate to purchase a few back to school items, and place them in the box.  I know it's not a huge donation and won't change anyone's lives, but if everyone can do just a little, it would mean a lot to many soldiers, who fight for us every day.  Check out our military section on motivators.com.
